Carlow Golf Club is situated 3.2 km north of Carlow Town, 70km south of Dublin on the N7. Carlow Golf Course has been described as a natural local links and has the reputation of hosting many important tournaments over the years.
Carlow Golf Club is an 18 hole Parkland course, stretched over 6,393 yards. The 16th hole was chosen by Christy O'Connor Snr as one of the finest closing holes in Irish golf. Carlow has also been privileged to host the Irish Ladies Close Championships and the All Ireland Inter County Championships.
