Bangor Golf Club is only 2 km south of Bangor off Donaghadee Road. Bangor Golf Club is enough of a challenge over an area of 6,410 yards with 18 holes. Designed by James Braid, this marvellous course has been a host of many major events including the Ulster and Irish Professional Championships, and Pro-Ams.
Bangor is a delightful and attractive club, which also offers practice, catering, club and trolley facilities. It was first a 9-holer course in 1903, but after its extension in 1905, it became a beautiful course 18 holes. Visitors are warmly welcomed for enjoyment.
