Clandeboye Golf Club is situated above Conlig Village off the A21 between Bangor and Newtownards. This superb golf club possesses two excellent golf courses; Ava course and Dufferine course, and has 36 holes altogether. The Dufferin Course is often renowned for its views over the Belfast, Lough and the Scottish coast into the distance, while the Ava Course is known for its surreal setting.
Clandeboye Golf Club has also been playing host for all the championships till 1970's, and known as one of the leading golf clubs in Ireland. It boasts a lot more facilities of bar, practice facilities and accommodation is also offered. This club is actually worth visiting.
