Kenmare Golf Club started life as a 9-hole golf course in 1903 and was extended to 18 holes in 1993. The older nine holes treat the golfers to a picturesque view of the Roughty River while the newer holes feature excellent scenery comprising the Kenmare Bay and the Roughty Valley. This golf course is the masterpiece of Eddie Hackett who is regarded as the premier golf course architect of his time.
The older holes are unique in that they cater to the needs of golfers of all standards. The clubhouse bar here is a delightful place to spend some quality time eating delicious snacks and enjoying drinks. The clubhouse Pro Shop features all the latest accessories that golfers might need to enjoy their favourite game to their heart's content.
