Description: Cill Dara Golf Course is a beautiful 9-hole course which is unique in that it is devoid of water hazards.

Cill Dara Golf Club was opened in 1920. It was located at a distance of about one mile from Kildare town. The Curragh racecourse is located close to this golf course. This is a flat heath land course and does not feature any water bodies at all. So anyone who hates water hazards would do well to pay a visit to this golf club.

Since there are no water hazards, the only dangers that golfers can expect at this course are the mature trees and the bushes that are located on the fairways. The clubhouse has a bar and provides catering facilities for its members and visitors. A pro shop stocking the latest golf accessories can also be found here.
