As you walk up from the low ceilinged huge array of bric-a-brac to the modern minimalism world of USAC, you would believe that good effort has been made to make this exotic place. USAC is basically an acronym for Us Above Cunningham, the complete Victorian bar house.
The menu is a cross between a restaurant menu and a bar food menu. There are all the bar food staples, like bruschetta, Caesar salad and crab claws; and then there are more exciting offerings, like a gateau of marinated aubergines, tomatoes, goat's cheese with a pepper salsa or a puff pastry case filled with smoked chicken and mushrooms. Main courses follow a comparable pattern; sirloin steak, fillet steak, supreme of chicken and baked salmon steak, each day there is a specialty like braised lamb shank and many such delicious cuisines.
