Rathdowney Golf Club came into being in 1930. It started life as a 9-hole golf club and was upgraded to 18 holes in 1994. Designed by renowned golf course architect Eddie Hackett, this place combines superb geographical features with exciting and challenging holes.
Golfers will get to appreciate delightful views of the Devil's Bit to the West and the Slieve Blooms to the North of the course. The rolling terrain of this parkland course is home to a clever combination of both long and short holes compelling the golfers to use all the clubs in their bags.
