County Longford Golf Club was established quite long ago in 1894. It recently underwent a complete redesign and was officially re-opened in May 2005. Mature trees line the beautiful parkland of this golf course and a stream coming into play on a number of the holes will ensure that poor shots are punished with drowned balls.
This 18-hole course is quite long at over six thousand yards. With a difficulty level of par 69, it is the perfect place for beginners and amateurs to refine their skills and enjoy the game. Ample drainage facilities ensure that the course remains playable all through the year regardless of the condition of the weather.
