Castle Dargan Golf Club is located on rolling parkland spanning a vast expanse of almost 170 acres. This golf course has been built according to the specifications of the USGA so that golfers can be assured top notch quality. Creeping bent grass is used on the greens which helps a lot in providing a great putting surface.
The layout of the course has been designed by Darren Clarke. The 15th hole is regarded as the signature hole of this course. This is a short hole where accuracy is of the utmost importance in ensuring success. Careless golfers will find their golf ball landing at the bottom of the lake. There is also a "one-of-a-kind" golfing academy here that features recreations of famous short holes from golf clubs around the globe.
