Cahir Park Golf Club was established in 1969. This golf course is built on a superb parkland terrain that was once part of the estate of Lord Cahir. The River Suir comes into play on two holes. A total of seven holes on this course boast impressive water features that make the game fun and exciting.
This golf course features plenty of mature trees so long hitters should play carefully here. Ambitious and overzealous golfers are further humbled by the presence of streams and lakes throughout the course. The 7th hole is regarded by many to be the best hole of the course. The clubhouse offers top notch facilities that include everything golfers might need after a trying day of golf.
