Pilgrims Rest is situated adjacent to Mount Melleray Abbey and is located 20 minutes from both Dungarvan and Clonmel, and close to the pretty fishing village of Cappoquin.

A family run country house , Pilgrim's Rest is surrounded by beautiful mountain views and is adjacent to the famous Mount Melleray Abbey. Close to the Blackwater River, it is an excellent fishing area and an angler's paradise.

The bedrooms all have en suite facilities and are equipped with colour TV and direct dial telephone.

A full breakfast is served each morning and is included in the price.

Hot food is served daily. There is also a tea room and gardens for our guests to relax in. The restaurant is open to non residents and is licenced.

Several Golf courses are only a short drive away at Lismore, Clonmel and Dungarvan.The heritage town of Lismore is only 10 minutes away and Dungarvan and Clonmel are within 30 minutes drive.
