Blainroe Golf Course is located by the sea yet it is not a traditional links golf course. This is just a parkland golf course built by the sea that provides golfers with an additional challenge of strong winds from the sea. This golf course is more than six thousand metres long and boasts a par of 72.
This is a well maintained course that was designed by Hawtree & Son. Blainroe golf course has lots of hazards to keep the golfers on their toes. The bunkers are cleverly placed and prove to be a real menace to the golfers. The feature hole of the course is the 14th hole that involves playing over the sea from a cliff.
