Greystones Golf Club was founded in 1895. This eighteen hole parkland golf course measures more than fifty three hundred metres in length. The outer nine holes of this course were completely revamped in 1997. The sand based greens conform to USGA specifications and the fairways incorporate the slopes of Jones’s Hill to provide a unique challenge to the golfers.
Long hitters will find that their main strength is not of much use here since the course has been designed to reward accuracy rather than the ability to hit the ball as far as possible. Golfers will also appreciate the delightful views of Wicklow Mountains and the coastline visible from this course.
